What is wrong with my eye?

I went to the doctor yesturday to have some testing done for school purposes, while I was there I had to wipe my eyes because I got upset... Anyways I went home and took a nap and woke up with a goopey sore bloodshot eye and it felt like it was going to pop out because there is so much pressure and today it was still the same in the morning but improved through out the day but now at night both eyes are red and sore (even more than before) to the touch and when I blink they hurt and they are secreting a yellow gooey substance... Is this pink eye or what because I have no idea what to do...
