More horsepower for stock v6 Mustang.?

I have a 2004 v6 stock Mustang. Its a 3.8L with about 190 hp. I am wanting to get it to about 250-300 hp, not a ton, just faster. I am thinking of a dual exhaust and a cold air intake. Is there anything else I can do to give me some more horses? And im not going to buy a new more powerful car.
