Buying a horse help, thanks!?

When you go to pick the horse up do they provide the halter and lead rope or do you need to bring your own? Sorry its kind of dumb, I've never bought a horse before...I'm not now im just curoius because my parents said hopefully they can get me one in the next year (Yes I have expierence! I ride and work at a horse farm!)
