Where could I find a cheap hawaiian sleezy?

so i have a costume class coming up and im doing a hawaiian theme... i have the whole costume ready, i just want a hawaiian sleezy... the cheapest i havr found though is $99.99... where could i find one, cheap, that covers their body but not their neck or head??? also, if the sleezy thing doesnt work out, what else could i do to decorate my horse? i already have a huge lai (the fliwery neclace, i cant spell) and a hawaiian hugge flower clip for her mane... thanks soo much!!! :)
