The Hangover Deleted Scenes?

i watched the hangover again the other day and there are scenes missing from it from the first time i watched it. for example, during the 1st rooftop scene, right before alan gives his speech, phil says, "id like to talk about something" and then alan cuts him off. the first time i saw it, after alan gives his speech, phil gives one too about how no matter what happens, no one can ever know about it due to his marrige and family. Then he proposes a toast - "to a night we'll never remember...that the 4 of us will never forget." but in the one i just watched there is no phil speech and he says to a night well never forget. there are also a couple other scenes such as bringing the tiger back to tyson in the elevator and a kid asks whats under the blanket-why were those deleted and why cant i find them online
